This product was received in a timely fashion, EXCEPT, it is not what we thought we had ordered. I never knew that Hitachi makes 2 different types of Lithium batteries. I have a kit that uses small li-on batteries but this saw uses a different li-on size and they do not carry the other saw at this location. I had to return it and pay for shipping which cost 1/4th as much as the entire saw. The company was fine with working with me but would not assist in any way for me to return this NEW UNUSED SAW. I guess I should have verified the details a little closer before ordering it.
